Annual Meeting * Sunday, January 25, 2009 – 11:30am
Because of the snowstorm last week, the Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, January 25th, after worship. We will serve corn chowder for lunch at about 11:30am, and the meeting will start about 12:00pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to act on the budget, approve annual reports, and consider a bylaw change. The bylaw change is to decrease the Christian Mission Outreach committee from 9 members to 6.
Conclave * Tuesday, January 27, 2009 – 7:00pm
The conclave is where the newly elected boards and committees meet to select a chair person, decide on a regular meeting night, and appoint representatives to the Church Council.
